⁸ So at that time we took the land out of the hands of the two kings of the Amorites who were east of the Jordan, from the Arnon Canyon to Mount Hermon. ⁹ (The Sidonians call Hermon Sirion, but the Amorites call it Senir.) ¹⁰ We took all the cities of the tableland and all of Gilead and all of Bashan, up to Salecah and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan.
